How we work
How collaboration works — from an idea to a working application
You know up front what you pay for, what you get and when. Every stage ends with something you can check before we move on. You work directly with me — no account manager, no subcontractors.
A conversation about the business need
I start with what you want to achieve, not with technology. We talk about your process, the people who will use the application and what gets in the way today. The conversation becomes a short description that you confirm before anything is built. The first 30-minute conversation is free.
Solution design
I translate business needs into concrete software: features, screens, data and integrations. You get a design described so that you can follow it without programming knowledge, and you can correct it before the build starts.
Staged quote
I split the project into stages. Each has its own scope, a result you can check, a price and a deadline. You know the price of a stage before it starts, and after each handover we can consciously decide on the next steps.
Build and testing
We build stage by stage. I use AI to work faster, but quality comes from tests: I check every feature with automated tests and then by hand, the way a user would — I click, enter data, call things. The results go into a test report.
Stage acceptance: video and walkthrough
For every stage you get a video in which I show step by step how the application works and explain each solution: what it does, why and how to use it. You watch it in your own time, and we discuss any questions in a call. You confirm acceptance with an acceptance report.
Launch and handover
I deploy the application to your server or hand over a ready build. You get the full source code and all access, and after launch a 30-day bug-fix guarantee (without new features and changed requirements). Want to develop the project further? We do the next stages. Prefer to work on your own? You have everything you need.
What you get with the project
- Approved scope and solution design — what exactly will be built.
- Feature documentation — what each feature does and how to use it.
- Test report — what I checked, how and with what result.
- Video walkthrough — every stage shown and explained step by step.
- Stage acceptance report — confirmation that the result matches the scope.
- Deployment and operation guide — configuration, access, backups.
- Full source code and access — it is yours, not mine.
Frequently asked questions
How does staged pricing work?
I split the project into stages of 1–2 weeks. Each stage has its own scope, a result you can check, a price and a deadline. You learn the price of a stage before it starts. Current ranges: pricing.
What do I get after each stage?
A working result of the stage, a video walkthrough, a test report, feature documentation and an acceptance report. At the end of the project also the full source code, deployment instructions and access.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover and how many fixes do I get?
Each stage includes two rounds of fixes after handover, in the stage price. After the final launch, for 30 days I fix bugs in what I delivered at no charge. New features and changed requirements are quoted separately, before the work.
How is quality checked when AI is used?
AI speeds up the work and does not replace checking. I verify every feature with automated tests and by hand, and I describe the result in a report.
