Free call about your needs (30 min)
We start with a free conversation about what you want to achieve. I ask specific questions and tell you plainly whether I can help and how. The conversation becomes a short description of the need that you confirm.

Solution design and staged quote
You get a solution design split into stages. Each stage has its own scope, result, price and deadline. No "it depends" and no ambiguity — you know what you are paying for.

Build and testing
I build stage by stage. I check every feature with automated tests and by hand, the way a user would. Results go into a test report.

Handover and launch
For every stage you get a video walkthrough and an acceptance report. At the end I deploy to your server and hand over code, documentation and access — and run an onboarding session if you need one.
Pricing
What it costs
I quote in stages. Each stage has a fixed price, a result you can check and takes 1–2 weeks.
Small stage
from PLN 1,200net + VAT · ≈ €280One feature or screen, a simple integration. About 3–5 days.
Standard stage
PLN 3,000–5,000net + VAT · ≈ €700–1,200A module with roles and business logic, an integration with an external system. About a week.
Large stage
PLN 6,000–10,000net + VAT · ≈ €1,400–2,300Payments, several integrations or a native app. One to two weeks.
The stage price includes tests, a video walkthrough and documentation. Amounts are net; 23% Polish VAT is added. Euro amounts are approximate.
What the price depends on
- number of features and screens,
- integrations with other systems (payments, external APIs),
- migration of existing data,
- number of platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
Rules that protect both sides
- Done means: the stage result matches the approved scope and you confirm it with an acceptance report.
- Fixes to a stage: two rounds after handover are included in the stage price. You send your comments as one consolidated list.
- 30-day guarantee: after the final launch I fix bugs in what I delivered at no charge. New features and changed requirements are not covered.
- A change of scope is quoted separately and I start only after you confirm the amount. Small ad-hoc tasks are billed hourly (PLN 150/h net, ≈ €35).

What applications does AI Fresh build?
Web applications, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and desktop apps for macOS and Windows — both products for end customers and internal tools for teams.
How does pricing work?
I split a project into stages of 1–2 weeks, each with a fixed price: a small stage from PLN 1,200, a standard stage PLN 3,000–5,000, a large stage PLN 6,000–10,000 (net, plus 23% Polish VAT; roughly €280 / €700–1,200 / €1,400–2,300). Every stage includes tests, a video walkthrough and documentation.
What do I get after each stage?
A working result of the stage, a video walkthrough of what was built, a test report, feature documentation and an acceptance report. At the end of the project also the full source code, deployment instructions and all access. Details: How we work.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover and how many fixes do I get?
Each stage includes two rounds of fixes after handover, in the stage price. After the final launch, for 30 days I fix bugs in what I delivered at no charge. New features and changes of requirements are quoted separately, before the work starts.
How is quality checked when AI is used?
AI speeds up the work, but every feature is verified by automated tests and by manual testing from the user's point of view. The result goes into a test report.
Will I get the source code?
Yes. You receive the full source code, documentation and all access. You can develop the project yourself or continue working together.
Who works on the project?
Adrian Magiera leads the project personally — from the first conversation to production launch. You do not deal with an account manager or subcontractors.
Does AI Fresh run courses or build no-code automations?
No. AI Fresh only builds custom applications. Courses and no-code deployments are no longer offered.
